Why is there a price difference for paid subscription when paying monthly compared to paying annually?
Paying annually allows for less administration work compared to paying monthly and we can pass on those credits to our clients who pay us annually.
Can I switch between the plans at anytime?
Yes, you can switch between the plans at anytime. However, it is advisable to change your paid subscription at the end of your monthly cycle. When moving from a paid to a free plan, we require you to complete the monthly paid cycle.
How can I renew my paid membership?
If you are paying your paid subscription monthly using your credit card, the system automatically renews your paid membership so you don’t need to do anything. If you are paying your subscription yearly, we will send you a reminder for it.
How much are additional email credits?
BASIC plan: 6 cents per email. LITE plan: 5 cents per email. GROWTH plan: 4 cents. PRO plan 3 cents.
Do system emails and automated weekly emails come out of my monthly email allowance?
No. Only the newsletter email campaigns you manually create are counted.
